BannerFlex Standard

Il Bannerflex Standard è stato progettato per essere utilizzato su colonne di illuminazione di diametro più grande e/o quando un banner più grande è richiesto.

Il punto di forza che permette ai nostri sistemi Bannerflex di resistere a venti forti è lo speciale e brevettato “braccio a sbalzo” e supporto che tiene il banner in costane tensione. Quando soffia il vento, la forza è immediatamente trasferita dal telone ai bracci in fibra di vetro, che si flettono e aiutano a dissipare l’energia. Questo importante fattore di resistenza al vento è cruciale per proteggere il banner da un’eccessiva usura e riduce ampiamente le forze esercitate sulla colonna di illuminazione.

Il sistema comprende 2 bracci in alluminio temprato e 2 bracci in fibra di vetro trattati UV. I supporti universali ci permettono di montare il sistema Bannerflex su quasi tutti tipi di palo, senza considerare forma o superficie, utilizzando fascette in acciaio inox o tradizionali o bulloni. I bracci scorrono nel supporto e sono tenuti fermi da viti in acciaio inox ; un perno assicura poi ulteriormente la tenuta. La qualità dei materiali elimina la corrosione, lo scolorimento e l’esfogliamento della pittura. Col sistema Bannerflex si possono sistemare uno o due banner sullo stesso palo.

Durable Almag alloy bracket with 4 diametric screws and hitch pin to hold banner arm securely in place.
UV treated fibreglass banner arms: removable and adjustable, flex under wind loading allowing air to spill off the outside of the banner thus reducing stress on the banner and lamp column.
Unique canted banner arm design: Top arm is canted up, bottom arm is canted down, and when banner is installed the canted arms put the banner under tension to transfer wind force to the fibreglass. Produces a taut, tight and trim banner appearance with no ‘flopping’ or ‘sagging’
Tested to withstand up to 120mph wind force.
Banner arms can be supplied in any length to suit banner size required
Universal bracket for installation onto round/square/octagonal/fluted lamp standards
Integral cast loop for anchoring banner with nylon-ties
Available in black powder-coated finish if preferred
Can accommodate one or two banners per pole.
Engineered for durability with no moving or mechanical parts to wear-out
Bannerflex Standard is ideally suited to pole diameters of 120mm and over and/or to accommodate a maximum banner size of 750mm x 3000mm
